Job description

We are looking for an energetic and motivated person to join our talent pipeline and team as Maintenance Manager for Irving Wallboard. This position is ideal for a technically strong leader who thinks beyond maintenance: someone who understands how asset reliability, safety, people development, and financial performance come together to run a great business.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, with industrial experience
  • Strong mechanical foundation (electrical/controls an asset)
  • Proven ability to lead teams and improve performance
  • Experience in safety-critical manufacturing environments
  • Demonstrated interest in people leadership and broader business impact

Preferred :

  • Shutdown and turnaround leadership
  • Planning/scheduling and contractor management
  • Capital projects and engineering execution
  • Lean, TPM, or reliability-centered maintenance
