Responsibilities - Lead and coordinate software development activities to ensure alignment with organizational standards - Design, develop, document, test, and debug Oracle APEX Interactive Reports and related software modules - Analyze system capabilities and resolve complex business or mission requirements using logical and mathematical programming solutions - Apply Oracle software development best practices and ensure optimal performance throughout the SDLC - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions - Prepare comprehensive project documentation and provide clear operating instructions - Maintain software quality through rigorous error correction, code review, and continuous improvement processes

Required Skills and Experience - US citizenship with eligibility for Secret Clearance - Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience in Oracle APEX Interactive Reports development - Proficiency in Oracle software optimization and best practices (2+ years)

• Solid understanding and application of Agile methodologies and tools (2+ years)
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities - 10 years of overall software engineering experience

Preferred Skills - Experience with Oracle Enterprise Edition RDBMS 19c, PL/SQL (including packages, stored procedures, triggers, functions, indexes)
