The Role
• Drive the delivery of allocated projects, leading and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Monitor and communicate project status internally, to customers, and external stakeholders, adhering to governance frameworks.
• Create, maintain, and track project schedules, including critical milestones and timelines.
• Manage project risk and issues in line with programme procedures.
• Oversee budget planning and financial control for allocated projects.
• Engage with stakeholders and customers to ensure successful project outcomes.
What You'll Need
• Proven track record in managing small to medium-sized projects from initiation to completion.
• Experience working within the Defence or National Security domain.
• Demonstrated experience in project management.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate, negotiate, and influence effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Project Management Certification is preferred.
• Eligibility to obtain UK SC (Security Clearance) is required.
