Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, monitor, and optimize RAG pipelines to improve retrieval accuracy and minimize LLM hallucinations.
  • Curate knowledge bases, improve content quality, and implement content governance.
  • Develop connectors to integrate AI assistants with internal data sources and third-party applications.
  • Implement and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations.
  • Manage AI workflows using Google Cloud Vertex AI and Google Cloud Platform services.
  • Apply prompt engineering, tool calling, context management, and feedback-driven model optimization.

Required Skills:

  • Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) and Vertex AI.
  • LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, and vector search.
  • MCP, tool/function calling, and API integrations.
  • Prompt engineering, context window management, and hallucination mitigation.
  • Python and experience building AI connectors and enterprise chatbot solutions.
