Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior Data Analyst – Business Intelligence & Analytics to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for entry level candidates and early-career professionals interested in building a career in data analytics and business intelligence.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of SQL, Excel, data analysis, and data visualization, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

• Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data from databases.

• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.

• Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality checks.

• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports for business stakeholders.

• Track KPIs and assist with performance analysis.

• Translate business requirements into analytical reports and solutions.

• Identify data inconsistencies and work with relevant teams to resolve issues.

• Support senior analysts with data analysis and reporting activities.

• Present findings and insights to team members and business stakeholders.

• Assist with improving and automating recurring reporting processes.

Required Skills

• 0–2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or a related field.

• Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

• Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.

• Understanding of data analysis and visualization concepts.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
