Job description

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Windows & EUC Expertise: 8+ years of hands-on experience in Windows infrastructure or end-user computing (EUC) engineering.
  • Enterprise Citrix: 8+ years of deep experience managing, architecting, and supporting large-scale enterprise Citrix environments (CVAD, Citrix Cloud, StoreFront, ADC/NetScaler).
  • VDI Deployments: 5+ years supporting large-scale Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
  • Advanced PowerShell Automation: 5+ years developing, testing, and supporting production-grade PowerShell automation pipelines and tools.
  • Global Scale: Proven experience supporting environments with thousands of users across multiple geographic regions.
  • Transformation Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading major desktop, VDI, or cloud infrastructure transformation projects.
  • Software Engineering Discipline: Hands-on experience with source control (Git), structured peer review processes, structured logging (JSON/Event Logs), and automation support lifecycle practices.
  • Incident Response & RCA: Strong track record in high-severity incident response, problem management, and leading formal Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations.
