A leading technology solutions provider for government and commercial sectors is seeking an experienced Oracle Software Engineer to support critical infrastructure applications. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on modernizing and upgrading essential engineering applications, working with advanced technologies and contributing to impactful projects.

The Role

• Participate in all phases of software development, including architecture, design, implementation, debugging, and validation for web applications with an Oracle back-end.
• Manage the full software lifecycle, from requirements gathering to system design and testing.
• Produce software code that interfaces directly with hardware systems.
• Debug and troubleshoot code in an object-oriented programming environment.
• Analyze and translate complex requirements into scalable system architectures.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong programming skills in Java/J2EE, including experience with Spring MVC, Spring Security, JavaServer Faces, Eclipse/Hibernate/JPA, Oracle PL/SQL, and Secure RESTful APIs/Services.
• Proficiency in developing GUI applications.
• Experience with Agile & DevOps methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, GitLab, and Liquibase.
• Familiarity with application containers like Payara/WebLogic.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust interim clearance.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or a U.S. Permanent Resident/Green Card holder who has resided in the U.S. for the past 3 years.
