The Role • Lead technical and operational aspects as an on-site "Business Manager (HWK)". • Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including ADAS calibration. • Provide excellent customer service from initial contact to vehicle handover. • Manage billing, customer funds, and order processing. • Ensure quality assurance, inventory management, and compliance with standards. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of experience (e.g., Automotive Master, Mechanic, Mechatronics, Bodywork). • Willingness to obtain a specialist examination or already hold a "Business Manager (HWK)" qualification. • A driver's license (Class B), good German language skills, and PC proficiency. • Strong customer focus, service orientation, and good communication skills. • Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and foster trusting collaboration.
