The Role

• Provide comprehensive medical, organizational, and strategic leadership for the Pediatric Orthopedics department.
• Spearhead the establishment and development of a new operative focus within pediatric orthopedics.
• Conduct specialized surgical treatments for congenital and acquired musculoskeletal disorders in children and adolescents.
• Develop and implement integrated treatment concepts encompassing acute care, surgery, and rehabilitation.
• Lead, mentor, and expand a dynamic interdisciplinary team.
• Foster close interdisciplinary collaboration with neurosurgery, neuropediatrics, pediatric rehabilitation, anesthesia, intensive care, and radiology.
