Location: London &amp; Surrounding Areas<br />Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 + Benefits<br />Contract: Permanent The Opportunity A well-established Mechanical Contractor, with a turnover of approximately £50 million, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join its growing team. The business specialises in delivering high-profile data centre and commercial office projects and has built strong relationships with leading Tier 1 contractors including Mace, Lendlease, and Sir Robert McAlpine. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected contractor with a healthy pipeline of secured work across London and the surrounding areas. Role Overview The successful candidate will take responsibility for the delivery of mechanical packages across major commercial and data centre projects, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with programme and commercial targets. Due to the nature of the projects, a pipefitting background is highly desirable, with previous experience delivering modular pipework installations considered essential. Key Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Oversee mechanical installation works across data centre and commercial office schemes
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and specialist contractors
• Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality standards
• Manage procurement, technical submissions, and project reporting
• Maintain high standards of health &amp; safety and compliance
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and Tier 1 main contractors
• Support commissioning and project handover activities Essential Requirements
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the building services sector
• Strong background delivering commercial or data centre projects
• Previous pipefitting experience is highly preferred
• Experience managing modular pipework installations is essential
• Strong technical, commercial, and programme management skills
