Job Description

Provide day to day technical support for Microsoft POS systems.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network related issues related to the POS systems.
Configure and maintain POS terminals, peripherals, and related equipment.
Assist with software updates, patch management, and system configurations to ensure up to date security and functionality.
Collaborate with internal IT teams and vendors to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests related to POS systems.Document issues, resolutions, and updates in the ticketing system.
Provide training to retail staff on the usage and troubleshooting of POS systems.
Perform regular audits of POS system performance and recommend improvements or optimizations.
Support the integration of POS systems with other enterprise solutions like inventory management and payment gateways.
Monitor POS system compliance with industry standards and security policies.
