The Role

• Oversee the seamless technical execution of live entertainment, including coordinating LX, AV, Sound, and Stage teams.
• Lead and develop the technical support team in areas such as Stage, AV, LX, and Audio.
• Liaise with performance content creators to ensure delivery aligns with artistic direction.
• Provide support for visiting artists and manage the day-to-day operations of venues.
• Ensure consistent high standards of technical delivery and regularly evaluate quality across all technical disciplines.
• Maintain up-to-date technical specifications and documentation.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills at all levels.
• Ability to innovate, identify improvements, and implement process enhancements.
