The Role • Rotate between various store locations, typically managing one store per day. • Accurately execute shelf and product resets according to provided planograms. • Install, adjust, and reposition shelves, fixtures, and display tags. • Manage product placement and arrangements for optimal consumer engagement. • Submit timely and detailed reports, including photographic documentation. • Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding project status and any encountered issues. What You'll Need • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and engaging in repetitive movements throughout the workday. • Access to reliable personal transportation to travel to assigned retail locations. • A minimum age of 18 years old. • Strong self-motivation, keen attention to detail, and a results-oriented work ethic. • Capacity to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team. • A passion for contributing to visually appealing and well-organized retail spaces.
