Job Description
GWA Group is seeking a Dynamics 365 Power Platform Specialist to shape our CRM and automation landscape across our Australian operations. You will work with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Dataverse and Azure DevOps, designing practical solutions that improve how the business operates.
You'll own solution delivery, collaborate with Customer Service, Sales and Marketing, and help drive continuous improvement, AI opportunities, and platform enhancements while staying hands-on with the tech.
