Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Workfront System Administrator to support marketing operations through the administration, maintenance, optimization, and automation of the Adobe Workfront platform. This role will focus on improving workflows, reducing manual processes, supporting users, and enhancing the efficiency of marketing operations delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Administer Adobe Workfront at the system level, including user and group management, access levels, layout templates, and custom forms.
  • Train users on Workfront functionality and develop training resources such as user guides and walkthroughs.
  • Troubleshoot Workfront platform issues and provide timely support to users.
  • Design, build, and maintain request queues, routing rules, approval processes, and automated workflows.
  • Develop and maintain Workfront Fusion scenarios to support workflow automation and API integrations.
  • Create, maintain, and enhance Workfront reports and dashboards.
  • Partner with project coordination teams to monitor timelines, identify bottlenecks, and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Identify repetitive and manual processes that can be automated and contribute to implementing process improvements.
  • Drive measurable efficiency gains through workflow automation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain alignment throughout project execution.
  • Communicate technical automation concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support creative development workflows while ensuring content aligns with business objectives, brand standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in advertising, marketing operations, marketing project management, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience administering and managing Adobe Workfront.
  • Experience with Workfront workflows, request queues, routing, approvals, reports, and dashboards.
  • Experience with Workfront Fusion and API integrations.
  • Strong understanding of creative and digital marketing processes.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with internal teams, external agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong client and customer focus with the ability to deliver work efficiently and on time.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Adobe Workfront Core Developer certification.
  • Experience with workflow automation and continuous process improvement.
  • Experience translating technical concepts into clear information for non-technical users.
