Be Part Of A High-Performing Team

Join the capital markets division of a leading global financial institution supporting sophisticated fixed income, currencies, commodities, and derivatives businesses. This environment brings together front-office trading professionals, product specialists, technology teams, operations, and risk partners to deliver reliable trading capabilities across complex financial products. The team operates in a highly collaborative, analytically rigorous environment where technology and business expertise come together to improve trading, pricing, valuation, and lifecycle processes.

What's In Store For You
  • Engagement: W2 only (no C2C/1099)
  • Hybrid work environment based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
  • Opportunity to work directly with front-office trading, sales, product, operations, and technology stakeholders.
  • Exposure to complex FICC products and enterprise trading platforms across the full trade lifecycle.
  • Long-term contract opportunity supporting strategic capital markets technology initiatives.

How You Will Make An Impact
  • Partner closely with traders, sales teams, operations, product owners, and technology stakeholders to identify and translate front-office business requirements.
  • Analyze workflows spanning trade capture, pricing, valuation, risk, market data, booking, and downstream trade processing.
  • Convert business requirements into well-defined Jira epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support enhancements to front-office trading, pricing, valuation, and trade lifecycle platforms.
  • Bridge business and technical teams throughout solution design, development, testing, implementation, and validation.
  • Evaluate downstream operational, regulatory, and post-trade impacts when introducing changes to FICC workflows.
  • Help ensure technology solutions support broader trading and operational objectives while maintaining accuracy and scalability.

Do You Bring Proven Success In Front-Office FICC Business Analysis?
  • 10+ years of Business Analysis experience within capital markets, ideally supporting front-office trading environments.
  • Deep knowledge of FICC products, including interest rate swaps, cross-currency swaps, FX derivatives, fixed income securities, repos, and other OTC derivatives.
  • Strong understanding of trade capture, pricing, valuation, risk, and end-to-end trade lifecycle processes.
  • Hands-on experience working with front-office trading platforms, pricing engines, valuation systems, and market data.
  • Proven ability to translate complex requirements into Jira epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong experience operating within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with traders, product owners, developers, QA teams, architects, operations, and other business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, data analysis, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with regulatory, operational, and post-trade considerations across the FICC lifecycle is highly desirable.
