Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join their recruiting strategy team in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will develop and execute global recruitment strategies, manage end-to-end hiring processes, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

 

• Develop and execute global recruitment strategies for assigned functional and geographic areas
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job specification through candidate acceptance
• Conduct thorough needs assessments with hiring managers prior to sourcing
• Establish communication strategies with hiring managers regarding candidate feedback, SLAs, and next steps
• Manage candidate experience from initial contact through final disposition
• Analyze sourcing strategy performance and recommend process improvements
• Maintain a strong online employer brand presence across digital recruitment platforms
• Actively build and maintain talent pools for assigned functional or geographic areas
• Provide training, coaching, and technical support to junior team members as needed
• Perform benchmarking activities and maintain expert knowledge of talent acquisition trends

Required Skills

 

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Demonstrated end-to-end recruiting experience
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and projects simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder and hiring manager collaboration skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Skills

 

• Experience with digital sourcing and employer branding
• Familiarity with SLA management and recruitment metrics
• Ability to mentor junior recruiting staff
