About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Agile Scrum Master to lead Agile
delivery teams and drive the successful execution of high-impact technology initiatives.
The ideal candidate will act as a servant leader, Agile coach, and facilitator, helping

continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Agile Delivery & Scrum LeadershipFacilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups,Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
Ensure adherence to Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and organizational delivery standards.
Coach teams on Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFeframeworks.

Team Enablement & Coaching

Program & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams and programs.
Work closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness and prioritization.
Partner with leadership teams to provide visibility into delivery progress, risks,
and opportunities.
Facilitate effective communication among business, technology, and executive

Metrics, Reporting & Governance
Track Agile KPIs including Velocity, Burndown, Burnup, Cycle Time, Lead Time,
Throughput, and Team Capacity.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Jira, Azure DevOps,
Confluence, or equivalent tools.
Identify delivery risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Support release planning, PI planning, and continuous delivery initiatives. [Senior

Continuous Improvement
Conduct root cause analysis and facilitate action-oriented retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
8 to 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years as a Scrum Master.
Strong expertise in Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe.
Hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing multiple Scrum
teams.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery
practices.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar Agile tools.
Proven experience in managing stakeholder expectations and resolving team
impediments.
Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and leadership skills.

Preferred
Experience working in large-scale enterprise Agile transformations.
Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
