Description
Join our team as an IAM Operations Lead in the vibrant city of Chicago, IL. 
This contract position requires a skilled leader to manage the IAM Operations team, ensuring efficient access management and excellent customer service. 
The role involves collaboration across the enterprise to enhance operational efficiency using industry-standard IAM technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the IAM Operations team, overseeing daily tasks including access and audit requests.
Manage and prioritize the ticket queue, ensuring adherence to service level objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to fulfill compliance and audit requests within deadlines.
Work alongside development teams to identify and address system issues or enhancements.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of IAM procedures and processes.

Qualifications
Expertise in IAM processes and technologies with a strong understanding of IT security protocols.
Proven leadership skills with experience in team management including hiring and training.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience interacting with all levels of management and building stakeholder relationships.
