The Role

• Engage in meaningful conversations with individuals about critical social, environmental, and human rights issues.
• Actively recruit new supporters and donors for reputable non-governmental organizations.
• Travel collaboratively with a team to various cities across Germany, representing important causes.
• Contribute directly to the realization of global projects through your communication efforts.
• Inform and inspire the public, fostering a greater understanding of pressing global challenges.

What You'll Need

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine openness to interacting with diverse individuals.
• Strong proficiency in the German language.
• Willingness and enthusiasm for travel, committing to at least three consecutive weeks of work.
• A proactive attitude and a passion for making a positive impact.
• No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
