The Role

• Act as the primary deputy to the Store Manager, overseeing efficient workflow and leading the team in a shared responsibility capacity.
• Ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience, fostering high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle all operational tasks within the sales floor and stockroom, including inventory control and product display.
• Manage stock replenishment, product quality checks (e.g., freshness of produce, shelf life), and merchandising.
• Perform cashier duties and provide support for warehouse and cleaning tasks.

What You'll Need

• A strong work ethic and a desire to contribute positively to a dynamic team.
• Completed vocational training in retail or significant experience in a similar field.
• A friendly demeanor and genuine enjoyment in interacting with customers.
• Enthusiasm for diligent, hands-on work and a proactive approach.
• Flexibility, teamwork, organizational skills, and some leadership experience.
• Proficient German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective customer communication.
