I have an immediate opening for Data Operations Lead at Titusville, NJ. 

For this Data Operations Lead – Patient CRM Data Operations & Stewardship role, the suitable consultant should be a senior Data Operations/Data Quality Lead with strong healthcare data experience, rather than a pure Data Engineer, Salesforce Developer, or generic Data Governance consultant.

Ideal Consultant Profile

The strongest candidate would have:

• 8–12+ years in Data Operations, Data Quality, Data Stewardship, CRM/Data Management, or production data support.
• Strong healthcare/life sciences experience, particularly with patient, provider, demographic, claims, or other regulated data.
• Hands-on experience with data incident/problem management, RCA, remediation, production support, and coordinating technical/business/vendor teams.
• Experience establishing data quality frameworks, including DQ rules, dashboards, scorecards, alerts, KPIs, SLA monitoring, and observability.
• Strong MDM and patient identity experience—duplicate management, identity resolution, survivorship, matching, demographic corrections, and exception/adjudication workflows.
• Experience acting as a Data Steward / Data Operations Owner, maintaining decision logs, remediation backlogs, governance evidence, and operational controls.
• Experience managing production data changes, impact assessments, approvals, release/change governance, and downstream data dependencies.
• Understanding of data archival, retention, backup/recovery, and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, PHI, privacy, audit, and compliance requirements.
• Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud is a strong advantage, particularly if combined with CRM data operations rather than only Salesforce configuration/development.
