Registered Nurse (RN) - Behavioral Health - Adol

This role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.

• Provides direct clinical patient care
• Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level.
• Responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated.
• Accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
• Performs related duties as required.

• Required:
  • Education: Graduated from a state approved school of nursing or an accredited school
  • Licensure/Certification: Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy; CPR.

• Preferred:
  • Education: Academic degree in nursing (bachelor's or master's degree).

• PER DIEM 1
  • Commitment: 3 shifts monthly, 1 of which is on a weekend AND 1 major holiday or hard to fill shift annually.
  • Rate: RNs will be placed on current nursing salary rate scale.
• PER DIEM 2
  • Commitment: 5 shifts monthly, 2 of which are on a weekend AND 2 major holidays or hard to fill shifts annually.
  • Rate: RNs will be placed on current nursing salary rate scale and receive an additional $2.00 per hour.
• PER DIEM 3
  • Commitment: 8 shifts monthly, 4 of which are on a weekend AND 3 major holidays or hard to fill shifts annually.
  • Rate: RNs will be placed on current nursing salary rate scale and receive an additional $6.00 per hour.
