The Role

• Conduct individualised and activating care for residents.
• Independently assess, document, and treat chronic wounds.
• Oversee and evaluate the facility's wound documentation system.
• Provide ongoing training and development in wound management for colleagues.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance measures within the facility.

What You'll Need

• Completed professional training as a nurse (geriatric or general).
• Completed further training/certification as a Wound Manager/Wound Expert.
• Previous professional experience is desirable.
• A passion for working with elderly and care-dependent individuals.
• Empathy, strong communication skills, and a sense of responsibility.
