In this role, you''ll support the talent acquisition process at our manufacturing facility, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. 
Utilize various recruiting platforms and technologies to identify and engage potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities
Support the entire recruiting process for various positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine candidate qualifications.
Create and manage job postings on multiple platforms.
Source candidates through professional networks and social media.
Coordinate and participate in interviews for diverse roles.

Qualifications
2 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
Bachelor''s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Proficiency with recruiting platforms and applicant tracking systems.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
