Systems Project Manager - Workday/LMS

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to support multiple strategic healthcare IT initiatives related to LMS system evaluations. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned project manager who excels at driving cross-functional teams, managing complex enterprise system projects, and keeping stakeholders aligned from planning through execution.

Contract Duration: 5-month contract with potential for extension

Location: 100% Remote

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of a new company within Workday and UKG in preparation for a January 1, 2027 go-live (approximately 40 employees)
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables (no system configuration or build work required)
• Lead the evaluation and gap analysis of three Learning Management Systems (LMS) to determine the future-state solution
• Oversee the migration of learning data from HealthStream LMS into the selected LMS platform
• Drive project governance, facilitate meetings, manage risks, and ensure key milestones are met
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and moving forward

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing enterprise systems implementation projects
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive accountability, and manage competing priorities
• Healthcare IT experience required
• Experience supporting system evaluations, software selections, or enterprise implementations
• Workday and/or Learning Management System (LMS) experience highly preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, confident leader who can effectively drive projects to successful completion
