Role Senior AI- Java Full Stack Developer

Location Hybrid (minimum of 4 days a week in our Okemos office).

Duration: 12 Months contract

Summary

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer AI-Assisted Development. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience and be a strong problem solver with excellent analytical reasoning and critical thinking skills.

The candidate should be a forward thinker with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to communicate ideas clearly.

In addition, the ideal candidate should demonstrate strong proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot or similar coding agents) to improve development efficiency, code quality, and delivery timelines.

A strong technical foundation is required to effectively generate, validate, and deliver production-ready code.

Must Have Technical Skills:

Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot) for code generation, debugging, and optimization

Ability to effectively write, refine, and iterate prompts to guide AI tools for development tasks

Experience validating AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and security
