The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members during breakdowns.
• Conduct fault-finding, battery replacements, tyre changes, and other common roadside issues.
• Work independently to diagnose and resolve vehicle problems on-site.
• Uphold a customer-focused approach, acting as a proud ambassador for the brand.
• Embrace variety and tackle new challenges on a daily basis.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure.
• Willingness to adapt to varied and evolving roadside situations.
