The Role

• Lead strategic searches and develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier active and passive IT candidates.
• Partner closely with IT leaders and HR to understand talent needs, define qualifications, and extend competitive offers.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and assist in shaping hiring strategies and guiding decision-making processes.
• Ensure a legendary candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle, embodying the company's culture and values.
• Develop competitive organizational charts to inform and guide hiring strategies.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing high-caliber talent.
• Proven ability to navigate challenges with a driven and positive attitude.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to influence hiring managers and stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience recruiting for technology roles.
