Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support one or more Corporate Vice Presidents along with a small group of Director-level executives at a leading semiconductor equipment company.
This position requires an experienced administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at executive support, and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive administrative support to Corporate Vice Presidents and Directors.
  • Manage complex executive calendars, including coordination across multiple U.S. regions.
  • Schedule and coordinate:
    • Customer meetings
    • Supplier meetings
    • Internal meetings
    • Corporate events
  • Arrange meeting logistics including:
    • Conference room bookings
    • Catering
    • Room preparation
    • Coordination with attendees
  • Manage conference room scheduling.
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports.
  • Maintain office supplies.
  • Make restaurant reservations for customer meetings.
  • Partner with IT to ensure meeting technology is functioning properly (conference rooms, projectors, etc.).
  • Assist with holiday parties, all-employee meetings, and other corporate events.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant role.
  • Experience supporting senior executives.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Comfortable adapting quickly to changing priorities.
  • Positive, customer-service-oriented attitude.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the high-tech or semiconductor industry.
  • Experience using Concur for travel and expense management.

  • Reports to a Corporate Vice President while receiving day-to-day direction from the Executive Administrator.

Work Environment
