The Role • Lead teams in the repair and replacement of automotive glass, including the calibration of advanced driver-assistance systems. • Oversee technical operations on-site, ensuring adherence to company standards and efficient daily planning. • Provide exceptional customer service, guiding clients from initial contact through to vehicle handover. • Manage administrative tasks, including invoicing, handling customer payments, and processing incoming orders. • Implement quality assurance measures and ensure compliance with audit-related standards. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, with a preference for experience as a master craftsman, automotive mechatronics technician, automotive mechanic, or bodywork specialist. • Readiness to undertake or existing qualification as a certified operational manager (HWK). • A valid Class B driver's license and strong command of the German language. • Proficiency in administrative duties and PC skills. • Excellent customer service orientation and strong communication abilities. • A collaborative spirit with the capacity for independent work and a commitment to teamwork.
