Liquidity Data Analyst - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Liquidity Data Analyst for a hybrid position (3 days on-site per week) with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.
This role serves as a senior subject matter expert responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, governance, and use of liquidity data. The ideal candidate will partner with Treasury, Data Management, and Technology teams to support regulatory reporting, liquidity management, and enterprise data initiatives, with a strong focus on traded products and derivatives.
Responsibilities:

• Lead analysis of liquidity data used in regulatory and management reporting
• Partner with business and technology teams to define data requirements, resolve data issues, and implement sustainable solutions
• Support liquidity reporting and risk management processes, including LCR, NSFR, stress testing, and internal liquidity metrics
• Perform root cause analysis and oversee remediation of data and reporting issues
• Provide leadership, guidance, and subject matter expertise on liquidity data implementations
• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Finance

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education
• 7+ years of experience with Traded Products / Derivatives, with a deep understanding of product booking, settlement, and maturity behaviors
• 7+ years of Business Analysis and Data Analysis experience
• 7+ years of advanced SQL data skills (writing complex queries, managing complex datasets, etc.)
• 4-5 years of experience with Jira or a similar tool
• Previous banking industry experience

Desired skills:

• Experience working in a Middle Office environment

Pay range: $58.75 - $66.75 per hour
