Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Siemens Camstar / OpCenter MES professionals to support solutioning, configuration, integration, and deployment within semiconductor manufacturing environments. The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on experience with Designer, Portal Studio, Modeling, and Connect MOM, along with expertise in factory automation, equipment integration, and wafer fabrication processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, deploy, and integrate Siemens Camstar / OpCenter MES solutions for semiconductor manufacturing environments.
  • Develop and maintain MES solutions using Designer, Portal Studio, Modeling, and Connect MOM.
  • Support front-end and back-end development using Visual Studio, REST APIs, and OData protocols.
  • Design and implement integrations between MES, SAP PLM, manufacturing equipment, and other enterprise production systems.
  • Develop and manage Siemens Camstar / OpCenter Modeling recipes for manufacturing equipment, including downloading, uploading, and validation.
  • Support semiconductor equipment integration with MES applications and factory automation systems.
  • Collect and process real-time data from equipment sensors and manufacturing processes.
  • Implement data collection strategies supporting Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • Support GUI, tool scheduling, recipe management, and factory automation using SECS/GEM.
  • Participate in fit-gap analysis, process modeling, and process standardization with area leads and process SMEs.
  • Work with SMEs to define MES solution requirements and factory automation requirements.
  • Provide estimates, user story points, and status updates for assigned work.
  • Author and execute documentation supporting factory automation validation and testing.
  • Collaborate across teams to define and implement MES development requirements.
  • Apply design-for-manufacturability and product lifecycle management principles where applicable.
  • Support solution architecture and project delivery activities.

Required Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years of experience with Siemens Camstar / OpCenter MES solutioning and implementation.
  • Strong experience with Siemens OpCenter in semiconductor manufacturing and advanced automation environments.
  • Strong understanding of MES architecture, configuration, deployment, and integration with production systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Designer, Portal Studio, Modeling, and Connect MOM.
  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and wafer fabrication.
  • Experience with semiconductor equipment integration and factory automation.
  • Strong front-end and back-end development experience.
  • Proficiency with Visual Studio, REST APIs, and OData protocols.
  • Experience with enterprise application integration, including SAP PLM.
  • Experience creating and managing Camstar / OpCenter modeling recipes.
  • Experience with equipment data collection and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • Functional experience with GUI, tool scheduling, recipe management, and SECS/GEM.
  • Strong understanding of documentation and testing practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with solution architecture and project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of design-for-manufacturability (DFM) principles.
  • Experience with product lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with applicable semiconductor manufacturing industry standards and regulations.
