The Role

• Manage and mentor a team of Credit Analysts, providing ongoing feedback and support.
• Handle complex customer account issues and evaluate orders requiring credit review.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to inform critical business decisions.
• Lead and execute special projects within the Credit department.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of experience in Credit or Collections is preferred.
• Proven strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• A passion for leadership, teamwork, and financial analysis.
