The Role
Our Sydney Partnerships team works with brokers and aggregators to bring in quality business lending deals, and this role keeps that engine running: clean data, a well-run CRM, trusted pipeline numbers and smooth support for brokers and sales staff. You’ll be the go-to person for how Partnerships tracks and reports its business, working closely with the Country Manager and the wider team, and helping shape how we scale.

Key Responsibilities

• CRM administration: set up and maintain fields, picklists, deal stages, automations and dashboards so the CRM reflects how Partnerships actually works
• Pipeline reporting: build and run regular pipeline, volume and broker performance reports for the Partnerships team and senior management
• Data quality: spot gaps and errors early, chase fixes, and keep the numbers accurate and trusted
• Management-ready outputs: turn data into clear tables and slides that leadership can act on
• Broker and sales support: be a confident point of contact for brokers and sales staff on submissions, status and process questions
• Process and documentation: map processes and write SOPs so the team works consistently as we grow
• Systems and workflow: work with Credit, Operations and Tech on how deals move through our lending systems and tools

🔍 What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in sales operations, sales support or pipeline analysis, ideally in SME or broker-channel lending
• Hands-on CRM administration, including set-up of fields, picklists, stages, automations and dashboards
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets, and comfortable building management-ready slides and tables
• Accuracy with numbers and a quick eye for data gaps
• Clear, confident communication with brokers, sales staff and senior management

Bonus

• Knowledge of the Australian broker channel, including brokers, aggregators and unsecured business lending
• Experience with BI tools such as Grafana, Atlas, Power BI, Looker or similar
• Exposure to a loan management system (LMS), credit bureau data (Equifax, illion, Experian) and workflow automation
• Experience writing SOPs and process maps
• A degree in Business, Commerce or Finance, or equivalent experience

• Salary range: AUD 65,000 – 70,000 + variable pay aligned to the company pay review
