Role : AWS Amazon Connect Engineer

Seeking a hands-on professional to design, implement, and support an Amazon Connect cloud contact center.
Key Responsibilities:
* Configure contact flows, call routing, user access, chatbots, and conversational AI.
* Develop KPI dashboards and reports using Amazon Connect, QuickSight, and CloudWatch.
* Manage outbound campaigns and customer surveys.
* Integrate CRM and other systems using AWS services.
* Ensure security, compliance, change control, and reliable operations.
* Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance.
Required Qualifications:
* 3+ years of hands-on Amazon Connect and AWS cloud services experience.
* Direct Amazon Connect CCaaS expertise and AWS CI/CD deployment experience.
* Experience with Lambda, Lex, DynamoDB, S3, scripting, and integrations.
* 3+ years of experience with other cloud platforms, VoIP, customer experience strategies, and system integration.
* Knowledge of native reporting, KPI dashboards, workforce forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling.
* Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
Highly Desired: AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Developer certification.
