Job Description

Outdoor, hands-on work with a fast-growing Austin exterior cleaning company. You'll run pressure washing, soft washing, window and gutter jobs across Austin alongside the owner and crew. No experience needed — we train. $20/hr W-2, direct deposit, with hours scaling up as jobs stack. Start with one paid ride-along shift ($20/hr from minute one) so we both see if it's a fit. Clear raise path: techs who learn to quote jobs earn commission on top of hourly.

Who this is for: someone who'd rather be outside than behind a desk and wants to learn a trade that actually pays. Prior experience is genuinely not required — we train you on the equipment and the process from your first shift. If you show up on time and work hard, the hours and the pay both grow.
