Smartsheet Project Manager

Position: PM Cyber with Smarthseet

Location: Santa Clara, CA, Austin, TX, Herndon, VA

Position Summary

We have approval to secure a mid-level consultant for a cyber PM role that will come in to help manage a few cyber projects using smartsheets and getting them through our SDLC processes. We have funding for a full year s worth of work, but are breaking this up into 2 contract periods (min) keep the ask under a key threshold.

Contract period up to 6 months

• During the ramp up period, I would expect this person to be on site, but can then move to 2-3 days in office as space allows.

We would be interested in a temp to perm type structure such that if the resource proves worthwhile, we would like the option to convert to perm and so are focusing on candidates at this time. We have a full time in office requirement so should they be internalized, they would need to report to the office 5 days a week but are flexible to support WFH on an as needed basis.

Would like the candidates to prepare a brief presentation to walk me through a project they have previously managed. They should anonymize the information and provide best guess recollections of actual dates etc. Would be good to provide a portion of the presentation via SmartSheets if they have access to a license for it. This will be a 30 min session that will require:

• Candidate overview
• Project overview
• Q&A 5-10 min

Want to use this approach for them to showcase their ability to present to leadership (elevating content to the right altitude, presentation abilities both slides and verbal, and addressing questions live).
