We're seeking dedicated educators to join an impactful community focused on transforming the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs (SEND) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The Role

• Provide in-person, remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to students with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 - KS5, planning and delivering trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Work with schools and local authorities to raise the standard of education for young people with diverse learning needs.
• Adapt teaching methods to support learners with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD).

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• 2+ years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• Enhanced DBS check and two professional references.
• UK residency with the right to work in the UK.
