The Role

  • Operate and monitor automated, computer-controlled production plants
  • Load, start up, and expertly manage machine elements and controls
  • Inspect and assess products for quantity and quality
  • Proactively identify and mitigate process risks to ensure optimal workflow
  • Continuously optimize the manufacturing process for efficiency and excellence

What You'll Need

  • Completed vocational training as a Machine and Plant Operator, or a comparable qualification in operating and monitoring production systems
  • Strong practical aptitude, manual dexterity, and technical understanding
  • A keen eye for quality and a passion for creating flawless processes
  • Experience in textile or plastics manufacturing is a plus but not essential
