Prepare and analyze GAAP-compliant financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and divisional financial packages for leadership.
Partner with FP&A and divisional leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, providing insights that drive performance.
Serve as a key liaison for external auditors; prepare schedules and documentation to support audit requirements.
Strengthen and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance procedures across multiple business units.
Drive process improvements by streamlining workflows, enhancing reporting capabilities, and leveraging ERP and automation tools.
Act as a resource and mentor for junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous learning.

Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience preparing complex financial statements.
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling).
