They are seeking a dedicated PKI System Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of critical systems within a large, multi-enclave enterprise environment. The role offers an opportunity to work on challenging projects with a focus on security and mission achievement. The Role • Provide system and software operations and maintenance support for complex PKI, RCVS, OCSP, and other Identity Management tools. • Interact with customers, including senior executives, to handle service inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues. • Train remote Trusted Agents on basic PKI duties. • Perform routine maintenance, patching, upgrades, and implement new PKI technologies. • Document troubleshooting procedures and contribute to process improvement initiatives. • Enforce security strategies and policies within established guidelines. What You'll Need • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Experience with PKI technologies such as RCVS, OCSP, and Certificate Authorities. • Familiarity with Public Key Infrastructure concepts, token cards, and soft certificates for authentication and digital signing. • Experience with Tier 2 system/server administration. • Strong oral and written communication skills, with experience interacting with diverse customer types. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • A TS/SCI with Poly clearance is required.
