Job Description
LaBella Associates is currently seeking experienced Construction Inspectors (Part-Time) to join our growing team in Lockport, NY. This assignment is expected to require 2–3 days per week for approximately 20 months, with the potential to transition into full-time employment.

Job Duties
The Construction Inspector is responsible for construction observation and documentation on specific project site locations. Travel to field locations on a regular basis is expected, as well as construction document interpretation, field report preparation and record document preparation.
Salary Range: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
- Prior relevant work experience and knowledge of roads, stormwater utilities, water and sanitary sewer line installations as well as storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) inspections.
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural plans and details.
- Minimum of 5- 7 years of Construction Inspection experience
- 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture
- Knowledge of erosion and sediment control installation and maintenance OSHA 10-hour certification, preferred.
- Microsoft Office experience a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Additional certification requirements maybe necessary.
