Job Description

Hybrid role Evanston, IL - ServiceNow CMDB & Discovery Program Lead / Architect - 12 months contract

The individual has to do five things end-to-end, assess and recommend discovery tooling, implement/integrate the chosen discovery approach across endpoints, servers, Azure containers, SaaS/PaaS and other environments, design and stand up the ServiceNow CMDB establish documentation/training/governance and operationalize

Strong experience in Configuration Management.
Extensive experience with ServiceNow.
Proven experience implementing a CMDB in a complex enterprise environment.
Experience maintaining a CMDB.
A strong understanding of IT Operations Management.
Solid knowledge of Cloud hosting environments including Azure and Oracle.
Experience with Asset Discovery Tools.
Experience integrating Asset Discovery Tools across a variety of hosting environments.
Experience designing CI classes, CI relationships and service models.
Experience building governance frameworks, operational procedures, and training documentation.
