Job Title : Senior ServiceNow Developer / Technical Architect

We are looking for a senior, hands-on ServiceNow Developer / Technical Architect to support a U.S. Navy project. The ideal candidate should be able to independently handle ServiceNow development, architecture, integrations, workflow automation, security, data migration, testing, and documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and configuration
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and App Engine
• JavaScript, Flow Designer, Workflow Automation, Custom Applications, Tables, Forms, and Service Catalog
• REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, Middleware, MID Server
• LDAP, SSO, SAML, and security/RBAC configuration
• Experience with data migration and legacy application modernization
• Reporting, dashboards, Agile/Scrum, and technical documentation
• Experience with PII/sensitive data protection and enterprise security

Preferred Experience

• Oracle APEX to ServiceNow migration
• Federal, DoD, Navy, or other government environment experience
• Field Service, Work Orders, Asset Management, Facilities, or Dispatch workflows
• Experience providing training and knowledge transfer

Certifications – Required

• Active ServiceNow CSA
• Active ServiceNow CAD
• IAT-II certification such as Security+ CE, GSEC, SSCP, or equivalent
• CIS (ITSM/App Engine) preferred or ability to obtain within the required timeframe
