Job Requirements This india new hire is for a Cloud DevOps Engineer to support the Claims AI 10.0 Scaling Opportunities (Hemsley AI 10.0 initiative) scaling to E&I UNET, USP, and Disputes.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Cloud DevOps Engineer with experience in AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Azure to support the deployment, automation, and operational stability of AI-driven claims solutions. This role will focus on building and maintaining scalable, secure, and resilient cloud and DevOps capabilities across environments, enabling efficient delivery of AI/ML, API, and automation workloads. The candidate will work closely with engineering, AI, platform, security, and operations teams to strengthen CI/CD, infrastructure automation, observability, and cloud reliability across multi-cloud platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and support cloud DevOps capabilities for Claims AI 10.0 initiatives across PCRB, E&I UNET, USP, and DisputesDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Azure environmentsAutomate infrastructure provisioning, application deployment, configuration management, and release processesSupport infrastructure-as-code and environment setup across development, testing, staging, and productionImprove cloud platform reliability, scalability, observability, and operational readinessEnable secure deployment patterns by integrating security, compliance, and policy checks into the SDLC and deployment lifecycleSupport AI/ML and automation workloads by collaborating with engineering and AI teams on deployment architecture and runtime requirementsStrengthen monitoring, logging, alerting, incident response, and recovery practices across cloud platformsOptimize cloud resource usage, cost efficiency, and deployment performanceRequired SkillsStrong experience as a Cloud DevOps Engineer or Platform EngineerHands-on experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and AzureStrong knowledge of CI/CD pipeline design and automationExperience with infrastructure-as-code, cloud provisioning, deployment automation, and environment managementExperience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational support in cloud-native environmentsAbility to work effectively across multiple Lines of BusinessStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skillsAdditional DetailsAI Persona: AI Builder / Cloud DevOps EngineerSite: [Minnetonka- USA]Work Experience 5-7Years
