System Analyst (Only W2)

Job Description

Our Client is looking for experienced Systems Analysts with strong technical analysis, API, database, application architecture, and production-support experience. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA, and infrastructure teams to analyze existing systems, support modernization initiatives, document system designs, and troubleshoot complex application and integration issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into system solutions.

• Analyze REST APIs, JSON payloads, API integrations, and request/response contracts.

• Perform SQL queries, database/schema analysis, data validation, and troubleshooting.

• Create system flow diagrams, process maps, UML diagrams, ERDs, context diagrams, data mappings, and technical documentation.

• Understand application dependencies, microservices, and overall solution architecture.

• Support Spring / Spring Boot / Spring Batch applications and API-driven architectures.

• Perform API testing and troubleshooting using Postman, Bruno, Swagger/OpenAPI, or equivalent tools.

• Analyze application logs, API failures, and production incidents and perform root-cause analysis.

• Support release coordination, deployments, production validation, and incident resolution.

• Work with AWS/cloud environments and event-driven architectures.

• Reverse-engineer existing applications/code and analyze dependencies as part of modernization initiatives.

• Partner effectively with stakeholders, development, QA, architecture, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.

Experience: Approximately 5–9+ years of relevant Systems Analysis / Technical Systems Analysis experience preferred.
