Role Summary
This position requires a hands-on technical leader capable of delivering complex full-stack, cloud, and data-centric solutions. The role involves immediate delivery responsibilities with opportunities to transition into a permanent leadership position based on performance and alignment. Leading project execution and collaborating with stakeholders will be key aspects of the role, supporting ongoing organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of full-stack, cloud, and data-centric client engagements, managing scope, timelines, risks, and outcomes
- Partner with client stakeholders to identify technical and business challenges and develop scalable solutions
- Oversee small technical teams, providing daily leadership, task prioritization, and guidance on delivery
- Contribute to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including estimation, sprint planning, requirements gathering, architecture, development, testing, and release management
- Design and guide technical solutions across areas such as application development, AWS cloud services, data engineering, and platform modernization
- Implement cloud-native architectures, integrations, and DevOps practices supporting application and data workloads
- Review architecture designs and code to ensure quality, scalability, security, and maintainability
- Communicate effectively across technical teams and senior client stakeholders, adjusting messaging for different audiences
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance development, analysis, and delivery processes ethically and responsibly
- Support continuous improvement efforts within delivery teams and contribute to organizational leadership growth
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack application development and/or cloud-based solution delivery
- Proven experience leading technical teams and accountable for delivery outcomes
- Comfort working across multiple phases of the SDLC and with Agile methodologies
- Strong diagnostic skills for resolving complex technical challenges and designing scalable solutions
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for technical and non-technical audiences
- Availability to work in a hybrid schedule, combining office and remote work
- In compliance with federal law, all persons hired must verify their identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
Publishing Pay Range: $60.00 - $72.00 Hourly
This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
