Need only local to California consultant

Advanced Flow Builder: Building complex, multi-step automations (loops, collections, and fault paths) to replace legacy code.

Data Architecture: Designing custom objects, schema relationships, and managing large data migrations.

Technical Security: Configuring advanced sharing models using Permission Set Groups, Restriction Rules, and Role Hierarchies.

Analytics & BI: Building complex cross-filter reports and dynamic dashboards.

Conga Know How

Bridge Skills (Code-Adjacent)

Apex Literacy: Ability to read and debug Apex triggers/classes and understand Governor Limits.

SOQL/SOSL: Writing database queries via the Developer Console or Data Loader.

API & Integrations: Connecting Salesforce to external tools using Named Credentials and External Services.

DevOps: Managing the software lifecycle using Sandboxes, Change Sets, or tools like GitHub/Copado.

Strategic Skills

Business Analysis: Translating stakeholder requests into technical requirements.
