TTG-361 - Microsoft Identity Management Systems Administrator - with Security Clearance

Summary TTG Solutions is seeking an experienced Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) Systems Administrator to support the ongoing operations, maintenance, and modernization of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) environment. The role involves both proactive access governance and transitioning to a next-generation identity management platform. Description The selected candidate will perform system, database, and application maintenance while troubleshooting identity synchronization and access issues.

Responsibilities include maintaining identity data integrity across systems, supporting MIM architecture and operations, and ensuring smooth OS, database, and application upgrades. Additionally, the candidate will utilize PowerShell, C#, and .NET to read, debug, and modify rule extensions and conduct Tier 2 and 3 troubleshooting of synchronization failures and user-access issues. Experience LevelSubject Matter Expert Normally requires at least sixteen (16) years of experience specific to the skill or occupation.

For specific computer languages, systems or technologies, expertise with the subject matter or technology outweighs the number of years of experience.

Base Salary $207,000 - $251,000 PTO 30 days annual PTO, which includes holidays. Retirement 15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years. Paid Benefits Company pays all insurance expenses up to 8% of base pay. If your insurance expenses are less that that, we bonus the difference to you. Annual Bonuses 3% to 5% annual bonuses.
